1. Who we are

2. These terms

These terms apply to every use of our website and every order placed on it. By placing an order, you accept them. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights that the mandatory consumer law of your country gives you.

3. Our products and fitment

  • Each unit is made for the car models, years and factory systems listed on its product page. It is your responsibility to choose the unit that matches your car. If you are not sure, send us a photo of your current screen and your car details before ordering, and we will confirm the right unit.
  • Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them. Small differences, for example in the colour of the frame, the menu design or the software version, are possible and are not a fault.
  • Software, apps and features may change with updates from the manufacturer or from app providers. We cannot guarantee that third-party apps or services will always be available.

4. Orders and contract

When you place an order, you receive an email confirming that we have received it. The contract is concluded when we ship the order and send you the shipping confirmation. Until then, we may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of an obvious price error, if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraud. In that case, we refund any payment in full.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your country and include VAT where it applies. Shipping costs are shown at checkout and in our Shipping policy. You can pay by card, PayPal, Klarna and the other methods shown at checkout. Payment providers such as PayPal and Klarna apply their own terms.

6. Delivery

7. Returns, refunds and warranty

Your 14-day right to return and our 24-month warranty are explained in our Refund policy.

8. Installation and safe use

  • Installing a unit requires basic knowledge of car electrics. Please follow the installation manual. We help remotely, and we recommend a professional installer if you are not sure.
  • We are not responsible for damage to the unit or the car caused by incorrect installation, or for any effect that installing aftermarket equipment may have on your car manufacturer's warranty.
  • Always follow the traffic laws of your country. Do not watch videos or use the screen in a way that distracts you while driving. You are responsible for any fines.
  • Reversing cameras and parking aids are only aids. Always check your surroundings yourself.

9. Liability

We are fully liable where the law does not allow liability to be limited, in particular for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for intent or gross negligence, and under mandatory consumer and product liability law. In all other cases, and as far as the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, loss of data or time without your car.

10. Using our website

You may not misuse our website, for example by trying to interfere with its security, uploading malicious code, or copying or scraping its content. Texts, photos, videos and the design of this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

11. Reviews and messages

If you send us a review, photo, video or other feedback about our products, you allow us to publish it on our website and social media, without your contact details. We may remove content that is unlawful or offensive.

13. Trademarks

Apple CarPlay is a trademark of Apple Inc. Android and Android Auto are trademarks of Google LLC. Car brand and model names are used only to describe which vehicles our products fit. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. If there is a problem, please contact us first and we will do our best to solve it. Consumers can also turn to the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (www.vvtat.lt), which handles consumer disputes out of court, or to the competent courts.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
